I have been living with Parkinson’s since 2017 and consider physical activity, especialy Table Tennis, to be a vital part of my regime that helps me to manage my symptoms. Physical activity is not a substitute for medication but is in my view just as important. This site contains my blogs about physical activties, my participation in Parkinson’s table tennis events, including the challenges of travelling and some mental health experiences I have been through.
